Swine Flu Information
Swine Flu claims will be considered under the terms and conditions of your insurance policy. please refer to the relevant section of your policy wording.
To claim you will need to complete a claim form and provide the required medical documentation. if you live in England, due to the National Pandemic Flu Service
line you must provide the original label on the Tamiflu prescription, showing your name, date and address. If you live in Wales, Scotland or Northern Ireland, you must
provide a medical certificate from your GP confirming that you are unable to commence your trip due to Swine Flu, together with all the receipts for your holiday.

Please note following guidelines on the
restrictions of your policy.
For Single Trip Policies
- Up to 65 years 18 consecutive months all Zones.
- Up to 79 years 93 consecutive days all Zones.
For annual Multi Trip Policies
- Up to 65 years 31 consecutive days (can be increased to 62 days) for all Zones.
- Up to 69 years 31 consecutive days for all Zones.
- Up to 79 years 31 consecutive days for Zones 2, 3 and 4.
- Up to 79 years 24 consecutive days for Zone 5.
Please note that the maximum time you can be away is 183 days in total per year.
If you travel outside these restrictions then you will invalidate your
policy.
